Logos Faith Development is a Los Angeles-based developer that partners closely with churches to transform underutilized land into privately funded affordable housing in Southern California. Through an innovative nonprofit-partner model, Logos creates property tax exempt developments that generate long-term value for churches while attracting investors with market rate returns. With a $700 million pipeline across 2,000+ units and 30+ church partners, Logos is built on deep, trust-based relationships within the faith community.
